We traveled from Kansas City for the HOLIDAYS, Waffle House did not disappoint when we 1st arrived it was packed so we decided to go elsewhere we'll that didn't work out as the other place was closed. Back to Waffle we went and was able to get seated when I say THE GREETER (kept the floors cleaned after every guest) THE FOOD, THE COOKS, OUR WAITRESS was on point 5. So much so we tipped them all and thanked them for working the HOILDAY with a SMILE on their face. The Jukebox with the HOLIDAY MUSIC playing was a added bonus...... If we every come back passing through again we will surely stop and get a bite to eat.

Unit#1458 76 Austin Lane, London KY Date of visit: 06/18/2024 Easily visible with easy access. Plenty of parking. Greeted upon entry. Sat at the counter. Plenty of tables open, most for two. There are 3 booths available for 4 or less. Larger groups would have to split up or spread out at counter. There were 5 ladies working and they were a well oiled and efficient machine. Watching them work was a study in succcessful team work. They genuinely seemed to like working together!! We got table settings, water and coffee quickly. Orders were taken and our food arrived shortly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. (In another Waffle House review I found the food to taste of cooking grease, so I was leary here. Not the case to worry). My eggs were over easy to perfection, bacon tasted like bacon (not cooking grease), waffle with Blueberry nougat topped with chocolate chips was a nice combo, and the hashbrowns were perfect. Food for other members in my party was of equal caliber. The ladies working were attentive, friendly, and polite. Bathroom was clean. I highly recommend stopping at this Waffle House for a meal. It's delicious and cheap. It's still a Waffle House, so if atmosphere is your biggest concern you might want to go elsewhere. I recommend the All Star with biscuits instead of toast and a side of gravy.

10/10 highly recommended for the area. The employees will greet you at the door, ALL of them. We’ve been to quite a few places and never have we had the experience we had there. You guys are absolutely amazing!

I’ve eaten several Waffle House’s, and this one is the best I’ve been to. The food was great. The sausage, egg, and hash brown bowl was excellent. The staff was exceptional and courteous. They were busy as all get out, and still smiling and made the experience better in my opinion. I’ve been to a lot of them that the staff is kind of rude or complain about people coming in. Not in this case. I wish the others I go to were this great.

As with most waffle houses, pretty typical. They were steady, and we enjoyed a meal. I like that they are consistent throughout restaurants. Staff was good. Food was well.

Great place! Nice, clean, food was delicious! Best part was the service. I was in and out in no time. Sat at the bar and had a front row seat to all the busy people working. My coffee was filled, plates taken and my server, Melissa, put the sausage in a little to go cup for my ugly little dogs me, kricks and Gizzards all thank you for a great experience
